Giada Miori is the soul and creative mind of La Casina – Natura Creativa dal Bosco, the family restaurant nestled in the chestnut groves of Drena in the heart of Garda Trentino. Raised in a family of restaurateurs and with a deep passion for the territory, Giada embarked from a young age on a path of personal and professional growth that led her to transform the family business into a unique gastronomic project, capable of telling the story of nature, the seasons, and the authentic flavors of Trentino.

Her philosophy is simple but profound: to enhance zero-kilometer ingredients, respect seasonality, and transform what the land offers into memorable taste experiences.

Today Giada passionately leads the kitchen at La Casina, supported by her brother Sebastiano and mother Marinella, carrying forward a project that is both a story of the territory and a continuous dialogue with nature.
