Here, where we now welcome guests, there used to be a stable. First my grandmother, then my mother: the story of La Casina has been marked by women, by their silent strength and their ability to transform a workplace into a space of hospitality.

Today, after a profound architectural and conceptual restyling, La Casina presents itself with a new face, capable of telling the past and at the same time opening up to a contemporary vision.

Creative Nature from the Forest is the way we live the kitchen, the spaces, and the hospitality. Nature is the starting point: the surrounding forest, the seasons, the silence, the light filtering through the branches. Creativity arises from listening and the freedom to interpret what the earth offers, without forcing.

We have rethought the spaces guided by these suggestions. Each room has become a thematic room — Nature, Tradition, Forest, Elixir — like fragments of landscape to be slowly crossed.

At the center, our cellar: the beating heart of La Casina, now reborn. A meeting and storytelling place, where selected bottles, objects that speak of the land, and sincere collaborations with artisans and local producers coexist.

This philosophy also takes shape in the kitchen: not a list of dishes, but a journey to share. An invitation to trust, to listen to the flavors, to let yourself be surprised.

La Casina today is the result of a shared effort.
Together with my brother Sebastiano and our mother Marinella, we chose to rewrite the story of our restaurant with respect, care, and love for the land that hosts us.

I, Giada, am in the kitchen: every dish is born from authentic ingredients, but also from travels, memories, and insights. Sebastiano leads the management and organization, while Marinella is a constant presence, living memory, and the soul of hospitality.
